OUR CODE OF CONDUCT
State of the Kids: Uniting for Youth Mental Health is dedicated to a focus on kids mental health and community by providing a harassment-free conference experience for everyone, regardless of gender, gender identity and expression, age, sexual orientation, disability, past or present affiliation, physical appearance, race, ethnicity, or religion (or lack thereof). We do not tolerate harassment of conference participants in any form.
DEFINITIONS
Harassment includes offensive verbal comments, deliberate intimidation, stalking, following, sustained disruption of talks or other events related to gender, gender identity and expression, age, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, past or present affiliation, race, ethnicity, and/or religion.
CONSEQUENCES
Harassment is not appropriate for any conference venue, including talks, communal spaces, parties, Twitter and other online media. State of the Kids: Uniting for Youth Mental Health participants violating these rules may be sanctioned or expelled from the event without a refund at the discretion of the event organizers.
